Dear FTP team, As per https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/2025985 and https://github.com/ovn-org/ovn/blob/branch-23.03/ovn-nb.ovsschema#L274 OVN isn't 32 bits compatible upstream. The team doesn't feel like the work to make it 32 bits compatible is a good use of our time, so let's remove OVN from the 32 bits arch. Cheers, Thomas Goirand (zigo)
