Looks like Non-Salsa-admins cannot move repo out of Debian group through https://salsa.debian.org/debian/easyeffects/edit . Non-Salsa-admins cannot delete repos under Debian group either. On the other hand, bookworm-backports is not open yet according to https://lists.debian.org/debian-backports/2023/06/msg00016.html . Thanks, Boyuan Yang
