* What led up to the situation? Upgrade Debian from Bullseye to Bookworm
(package mrtg 2.17.7-2+deb11u1 upgraded to mrtg 2.17.10-5)
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? mrtg initially had no output. Manually moved /etc/mrtg.cfg
from /etc/ to /etc/mrtg/ (not in documentation)
* What was the outcome of this action? mrtg worked after moving the
configuration file to the correct location
* What outcome did you expect instead? That the configuration file should be
moved automatically when upgrading package
