So I changed my smartd.conf to:

DEVICESCAN
/dev/hda -R 194 -a -o on -S on -s (S/../.././02|L/../../7/03
(all other lines are default=commented)
Please try commenting out the 'DEVICESCAN' line.

Yes, I did now.
I will wait 1 or 2 days and if nothing happens (-R 194 will not mess up
temperatures in syslog) (as I expect) you can close (after) this bug.
I will report after 2 days.
Sry for not carefully reading:
# The word DEVICESCAN will cause any remaining lines in this
# configuration file to be ignored: it tells smartd to scan for all
# ATA and SCSI devices. DEVICESCAN may be followed by any of the
# Directives listed below, which will be applied to all devices that
# are found. Most users should comment out DEVICESCAN and explicitly
# list the devices that they wish to monitor.
#DEVICESCAN
Thanks much.
You can close the BUG.
To get to RAW vaules I just needed to change smartd.conf
from
DEVICESCAN
/dev/hda -R 194 -a -o on -S on -s (S/../.././02|L/../../7/03
(all other lines are default=commented)
to
## commented DEVICESCAN
/dev/hda -R 194 -a -o on -S on -s (S/../.././02|L/../../7/03
(all other lines are default=commented)
Now I have in my syslog:
May 19 15:20:15 ltsp smartd[10032]: Device: /dev/hda, SMART Usage
Attribute: 194 Temperature_Celsius changed from 112 [Raw 49 (Lifetime
Min/Max 15/59)] to 114 [Raw 48 (Lifetime Min/Max 15/59)]
====
Maybe you should just add 2 new lines to smartd.conf (for blindness
people like me)
## WARNING!! The word DEVICESCAN will cause any remaining lines in this
## configuration file to be ignored!!! WARNING!!
# The word DEVICESCAN will cause any remaining lines in this

#DEVICESCAN
You can close the BUG.
Thanx for help, and sry for not carefully reading smartd.conf and
wasting your time.
Best wishes
