this applies to aide in bullseye, bookworm and sid. As discussed in https://github.com/aide/aide/issues/156, getxattr in do_md.c should be lgetxattr instead. Upstream patch is https://github.com/aide/aide/commit/04b34dd46292dedf830ef2366a86666869a31488 A patched version will go to unstable first, I will then prepare and coordinate updates for bookworm and bullseye via stable proposed updates for the next point release, together with the fix for #1037171.
