Package: pass Version: 1.7.4-6 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: martin.kuett...@gmail.com
Dear Maintainer, starting in bookworm, the package `pass` recommands both xclip and wl-clipboard. Thus, on a system without Xorg, installing pass leads to all (?) of the X server being installed, which is obviously unnecessary and undesirable. I had to install with with `apt install -no-install-recommends`. -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.0 APT prefers testing-security APT policy: (500, 'testing-security'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-9-amd64 (SMP w/12 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_WARN Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages pass depends on: ii gnupg 2.2.40-1.1 ii tree 2.1.0-1 Versions of packages pass recommends: ii git 1:2.39.2-1.1 pn qrencode <none> ii wl-clipboard 2.1.0-0.1+b1 pn xclip <none> Versions of packages pass suggests: ii libxml-simple-perl 2.25-2 ii perl 5.36.0-7 pn python <none> ii python3 3.11.2-1+b1 pn ruby <none> -- no debconf information
