Seems the package used to contain a conffile, which it now longer does:
# dpkg-query --showformat='${Package}\n${Conffiles}\n' --show | awk '/^[^
]/{pkg=$1}/ obsolete$/{print pkg,$0}' | cut -d ' ' -f 1-3 | column -t
zutils /etc/zutilsrc
Could you please clean that up in a future upgrade? :-)
