Control: tag -1 - moreinfo + confirmed

Ok, I was wrong. I thought qemu treat missing boot roms just as a warning.
Actually it did, but this changed in 2014 with this commit:

which made missing rom to be a fatal error, but I never noticed this.

I'll see what can be done here.  For me, the less deps there are, the better,
and network booting is a very rare event, so I think reverting that patch is
better than adding the dependency (obviously adding a Recommends wont fix it).
