Package: apt-fast

Hello, I think with other package managers like Pacman already
supporting parallel downloading for years, it would be time for Apt to
do the same. Apt-fast seems to be the temporary solution for now, but it
remains an unofficial Debian/Ubuntu package with DEBs hosted via a PPA
(https://code.launchpad.net/~apt-fast/+archive/stable).
I think something like this would be absolutely crucial for Debian-based
systems, as there are times when Apt can be painfully slow, thus turning
off a lot of people (especially when it comes to distribution upgrades).
I think either making this available as a separate package or having its
core functionality adopted for Apt would be great. Please consider
something like this for Trixie (since we are deep in the Bookworm
freeze). Thank you.
