Thanks for spotting this.
In switching to a standardized cdbs-based debian/rules files, the fact that
VR declares itself as a Bundle: and not a Package: in the DESCRIPTION file
tripped us up. I should have noticed that but failed to -- sorry! A fixed
package has been uploaded.
