retitle 213940 "display: none" only works inside div.noprint severity 213940 wishlist tags + upstream thanks

I recently brought all the open bugs in html2ps to the attention of the
upstream author. With respect to this bug, he said:
Actually, it works exactly as the documentation says:
DIV.noprint { display: none }
i.e. it works with DIV, not P(!) I'm not sure why it is so limited, but I
believe this was some quick fix I threw in to suppress printing sections
of a document, such as navigations bars etc.
Therefore I am making this into an upstream wishlist bug to enable further
support for the display: none CSS attribute.
