reassign 335209 xserver-xorg-input-synaptics 0.14.4-5 thanks This bug is still present with ksynaptics 0.2.4-2 and xserver-xorg-input-synaptics 0.14.4-5. I think it's a driver problem, as the driver seems to ignore the appropriate settings when they are specified in xorg.conf, yet ksynaptics' display reflects the settings specified in xorg.conf.
