Hey,
please add a connman runscript in runit-services package.
there's an example here : https://git.devuan.org/xinomilo/runscript-
collection/src/branch/master/connman that might help. just keep in mind
i haven't tried that one in production.
was going to suggest network-manager runscript too, but will leave that
one for now... some other time :)
