I'm not sure about that copyright file, because it's stating that the license for the entire src/gui/default_theme.c file is CC-0 - is that what you intend? (my assumption was that your code in that file is intended to be BSD-2-clause, but since there are encoded representations of other files included within it, we should explain what the copyright terms that apply to those files are)
