Unfortunately, there was still a mistmatch between the "Provides" field generated for rakudo (Provides: raku-api-2022.12+af50a328) and the "Depends" field generated by dh-raku 0.14 (Depends: raku-api-2022.12). I've fixed this problem in dh-raku 0.15 which I uploaded to unstable this morning. I don't know if something needs to be done on rakudo transition to cope with this hiccup. Sorry for the mess Dod
