oclgrind does not build out-of-the-box with llvm-14, it needs upstream changes.
They have been made at https://github.com/jrprice/Oclgrind/commit/6c76e7bec0aa7fa451515a5cfcb35ab2384ba6e0 No release up to now, so please backport this patch.
