This can be used to for instance enforce slip conditions strongly. This package is not part of the official FEniCS suite, hence not given the fenics- prefix. It may prove useful for systems with periodic boundary conditions. These were supported by old dolfin, but apparently not in new dolfinx. To be maintained by the Debian Science Team alongside the FEniCS packages.
