Bug#1025612: pyresample: FTBFS with Shapely 2.0

As reported in the upstream issue, the 
test_area_def_geocentric_resolution failure is not actually caused by 
Shapely 2.0, but by PROJ 9.1.1.

A patch has been added to tune the tolerances to make the test succeed 
with PROJ 9.1.1 too.
