Package: python3-dbus-fast Version: 1.72.0-1 If you install python3-dbus-fast on a minimal chroot containing python3, it'll install files worth 135MB. This seems a bit excessive to me.
The dependencies were presumably added via: https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/dbus-fast/-/commit/e0b74998b8c090808b9a3070e01fedeff194c290 Many of them are for testing or documentation. Scott Kitterman confirmed that test dependencies should not be added to Depends if possible. You may also consider splitting a -doc package as the sphinx packages pull quite an amount of font packages. Helmut
