Hello all: I'm in bullseye but I have some packages from backports. When I decided to look into this problem - which had annoyed me sometimes - I was using bullseye (stable) linux-iwlwifi 20210315-3. I'm running linux-image from bullseye-backports though (5.19.0-0.deb11.2- amd64 -- 5.19.11-1~bpo11+1).
I came across this bug report [1] which has been really helpful with this problem. After this, I manually downloaded the linux-firmware 20210511 snapshot and took the relevant .sfi and .ddc files directly replacing what I had at /lib/firmware/intel/ [1] https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pulseaudio/-/issues/1155[1] After this I rebooted and tried again. Currently I resumed being a happy user of my bluetooth headset. Testing linux-firmware-20211216 snapshot is still pending as it is reported to work on [1], but so far I did not have the time to test.
