libio-aio-perl fails to cross build from source, because Makefile.PL
invokes configure without passing --host. Given that the relevant
invocation is upstream, any solution affects upstream. As such, I
propose deriving the host argument from the compiler (which is correctly
detected by Makefile.PL). What do you think? I'm attaching a patch for
your convenience.
