Ah! One can use the keyboard arrows, I see, but not the mouse wheel!
There is no good reason for disabling the mouse wheel just because the
frame has no scrollbar.

Not only that, but if one highlights some text and moves the mouse
downward, other frames will roll upwards, but not the one with no
scrollbar; again for no good reason!
