Dear Maintainer, The Welcome to Wikipedia page is in English despite the user environment being set to French. If you activate only the system language (fr in my case) the Welcome to Wikipedia page remains in its English version instead of using the French version (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Accueil_principal). The language filter in the settings doesn't give the possibility to choose a default language when several are activated. It would be convenient to add the possibility to choose a default language when several are activated.
