I'm the Debian maintainer of manpages-l10n and I do have some file
conflicts which I would like to resolve with him. I really would have
liked to to this upstream, but I do understand that development has
ceased?
So maybe we need to resolve this then on a distribution level, I'll
review the options.
So for this bug report: You might want to decide if you remove the
homepage from d/control, unless it returns back to life in the
upcoming days.
