Dear Debian dulwich package maintainer,

I noticed that installing python3-dulwich will result in installation of the
following packages: libpython3-dbg libpython3.10-dbg python3-dbg python3.10-
dbg , which is unexpected.

Looking at https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/python3-dulwich/filelist ,
looks like dulwich still builds .so for python3's debug interpreter. I am
not sure whether this is still reasonable after the switch documented at
https://lists.debian.org/debian-python/2021/09/msg00004.html .

Please revisit the current packaging condition and, if feasible, drop
(build-)dependency on python3*-dbg.

Thanks,
Boyuan Yang
