Package: ecb
Version: 2.50+git20170628-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Right after installing ecb, opening a new emacs 28.1, ecb compilation triggers
an infinite (I stop at 400) loop of emacs --batch

"emacs -q", thus no user config triggers the loop
"emacs -Q", thus no site config, does not

I stop them with pkill -15 emacs after 400 of them (much larger than the number
of .el in ecb):

example line (from command part of ps -efl)

/usr/bin/emacs --batch -l /tmp/emacs-int-comp-subr--
