Bug#366436: unixodbc(GNU/k*BSD): FTBFS: out of date libtool scripts

Version: 2.2.11-13

Hi,

the current version fails to build on GNU/kFreeBSD,         
because it needs recent libtool.                

Debian libtool package 1.5.22-3 or later is needed.       

Re-libtoolizing have been checked using this steps:

  libtoolize -c -f
  aclocal-1.7
  autoconf
