Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
sysfsutils could not be built reproducibly.
This is because the call to date(1) was missing the -u/--utc flag,
so that the manpage date based on the value of SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH
would vary depending on the host system's timezone setting.
Patch attached that appends -u to the pod2man call.
