Package: git-buildpackage Version: 0.9.28Running `gbp dch` in a non-native package will add tons of commit messages from the upstream project to the Debian changelog, leading to the creation of huge files like stress-ng's 640k changelog [1].
In non-native packages, it would be more sensible to default to processing only commits related to the `debian/` directory.
