Those reverse dependencies are satisfied by librest in Debian
Unstable. Please remove librest from Debian Experimental.

The specific problem is that upstream tagged 1.0.0 and debian/watch
was pointed at git tags.

However, upstream never did a tarball release for 1.0.0. Upstream is
reserving the right to make further changes to the library before
declaring the milestone version 1.0. The latest release (released from
git master after the erroneous git tag) is 0.9.1.

We need rest 0.9.1 to package GNOME 43. And we need to stage 0.9.1 in
Experimental before getting permission to do the transition in
Unstable.

Thank you,
Jeremy Bicha
