When the EFI system partition is already mounted, the grub UEFI install fails
with
2022-07-27 00:47:13 DEBUG STDERR: mount: /tmp/tmpXXX/boot/efi:
/dev/mapper/loopYp1 already mounted on /tmp/tmpXXX/boot/efi.
One can easily reproduce it with the uefi.vmdb example by simply mounting the
EFI partition to /boot/efi after mounting the root filesystem:

mount-on: /
dirname: '/boot/efi'
The workaround at the moment is to not have the EFI system partition mounted.
But it seems rather weird to have this as a requirement.
