I confirm the issue and that building with
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?att=1;bug=1012627;filename=030-linux518-suse-patch;msg=15
solved the problem.
Considering that the severity of this issue tends toward grave because you can
left with corrupted VMs with actual virtualbox 6.1.34-dfsg-3 I would
appreciate a lot to have this patch in a quick release.
