Hi, php-http-request2 has not been part of stable since Stretch, has only php-xml-rpc2 as a reverse dependency (removal requested in #1014697) and phing has it as a recommendation (but is not currently in Bookworm; not sure I’ll manage to restore it before the freeze, but latest upstream versions don’t use php-http-request2 anyway anymore).
