Thanks for supporting other inits, IMO it would be even better if the Depency would be swapped. Those with systemd should see no change, but the rest will have to install before (or at the same time) the systemd-standalone-tmpfiles package (provider of systemd-tmpfiles), or take other measures like some pinning rules.
