Package: libipoddevice-dev

Hi,
We are trying to get rid of *.la files where possible, but it is the
safest to start from leaf packages on which no other dev package
depends on. libgtop2-dev has *.la files which would cause breakage of
libipoddevice-dev would they be removed now. It would be nice if
libipoddevice-dev could stop shipping *.la files altogether.
