Source: python-seqcluster Version: 1.2.8+ds-2 Severity: serious Tags: ftbfs Justification: fails to build from source
Hi,
python-seqcluster recently started to FTBFS after some (transitive)
build-dependency got updated:
[...]
PYTHONPATH=. http_proxy='127.0.0.1:9' sphinx-build -N -bman doc/source
build/man # Manpage generator
Running Sphinx v4.5.0
Exception occurred:
File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/myst_parser/main.py", line 3, in <module>
import attr
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'attr'
The full traceback has been saved in /tmp/sphinx-err-3fkwfzes.log, if you want
to report the issue to the developers.
Please also report this if it was a user error, so that a better error message
can be provided next time.
A bug report can be filed in the tracker at
<https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues>. Thanks!
