Bug#1012287: aptly: Please provide a bullseye-backports version

Now that aptly can publish zstd packages can you please upload the current 
version to bullseye-backports?
That would be very helpful, e.g., to mirror Ubuntu jammy.

I can also upload it myself if you agree.
