Bug#1012086: debsign: Bash completion has incorrect handling for version option

The Bash completion for the ‘debsign’ command is incorrectly defined.
It incrrectly recognises a ‘-version’ option that does not exist; and
fails to recognise the real ‘--version’ option.

    $ debsign -ve<TAB>  → debsign -version
    debsign: invalid option -- 'v'

    $ debsign --ve<TAB>  → (no completion)
