I'm not sure it's Raspbian related. My $0.02 is on the user being left
over from previous tinkering. I can't remember.
I admit it's a corner case. For fun, I just tried removing a group that
is still tied to a user:
delgroup: `foo' still has `foo' as their primary group!
Even when adding '--force' it won't allow me to delete the group.
So, yeah, probably not a bug.
