With version 0.11.1-2, this package is now arch:all and normally isn't built on s390x, so lowering the severity to non-RC level.
On ci.debian.net we haven't seen the timeout yet (but the package hasn't been tested a lot yet on that arch). If we're seeing the timeout there regularly, I'll raise the severity again, as we consider flaky tests RC.
