I can't reproduce it either (geximon started on the same machine, but I don't remember which machine had the X server, so I'll try tonight with my Mac OS X machine, with and without trusted X11 forwarding). BTW, Debian's BTS doesn't always send me a mail though I'm the bug reporter (this was the case for this mail).
