This will be fixed with the next release.
- it should be available in /usr/bin/, not only in /usr/sbin/. It's not uncommon for someone to want to investigate the state of installed tooling without having to be root, and /usr/sbin is not typically in the regular user path.
I will not change the location to a different path from upstream. Please ask upstream for this change if it is important for you.
