I think this feature doesn't exist (i have carefully taken a look at the manpages), otherwise sorry ;). In a lot of svn repositories, we don't upload the upstream source (disk space), so would it be possible to add an option which avoid uploading of the upstream source during a svn-inject (i don't know at all Perl, but i think it would be easy to add this kind of feature) ?
