Dear Maintainer,

I'm unable to send Ethereum, which seems like one of the main
objectives of Trezor.
$ trezorctl ethereum sign-tx -n "m/44'/60'/0'/0/0" --publish
0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 3000000000000000
Ethereum requirements not installed.
Please run:

  pip install web3 rlp

This should work without installing anything from pip, but even after
running that pip
command it still doesn't work and gives the exact same output. If I
omit the --publish
flag it gives the same output.
