Policy editors, I think we can now choose between taking care of the needs of reproducible images right with this policy change or do de-scope this temporarily until we have settled on the new wording (which also includes some definitions) and then handle this in a second change. I think the second change also needs the base-passwd people in the loop. How would you prefer to do this?
