Control: tag -1 + patch #951596 landed in sid in September of 2021; d/check-conflicts also restored man3/pthread_atfork.3 and friends (provided in pthread_atfork.3posix &c. now in manpages-posix-dev), cf. resultant scissor-patch below.
There's still a few elided manuals that would be nice to have restored
(list.3, for example), but that's for a different bug.
