I had the same issue, with no other local installation of tiled; ldd
reports

        libtiled.so.1 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtiled.so.1 
(0x00007f7d4f7d8000)

Upgrading the libtiled1 package fixed this.  Hence I think the tiled
package probably needs to explicitly depend on a specific version of
libtiled1, so that it gets upgraded when tiled gets upgraded.
