Certainly.  From your message 27 I should first up the log-priority.

udevadm control --log-priority=debug

Then the udev daemon will report into /var/log/syslog.  Records will
be interspersed with other syslog records. I've checked udev.man and
udevadm.man.  No mention of a parameter specifying a log file.  Can
udev log to a dedicated file?  That will be easier to comprehend than
the full syslog.

journalctl -f

(and udevadm control --log-priority=info to set it back to sane levels)
