I'm experiencing the same problem every now and then, because reprotest uses this encoding to verify reproducible builds.
The problem seems to be triggered by setting this environment: LANG=kk_KZ.RK1048 LANGUAGE=kk_KZ.RK1048:fr Cheers, -- Marcus.
