But libavresample{4,-dev} was kept in unstable due to renpy. As
ffmpeg got a security update in stable, the version of
libavresample{4,-dev} in stable was hence higher than the version in
unstable. So the version from stable had to copied to unstable to be
able to include the ffmpeg DSA in today's bullseye release.
